SHIPPING INFO: Please not will will not ship to P.O. Boxes. If an order is placed with a shipping to a P.O. Box, the order will be canceled.
- Please note it is your responsibility to provide a ship to address that can recieve packages Mon-Sat If a package is returned to Perky Paws Cafe, we will re-ship providing you supply an alternative address, and pay a new shipping fee.
RETURN POLICY At Perky Paws Cafe we pride ourselves on bringing you and your furry friends unique pet gifts. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please see below for our return policy.
Gift Items: If you received your order and are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact Perky Paws Cafe within 3 days of receipt via email. A full refund will be given minus all shipping and handling charges if returned within 14 days of receipt. The item must be returned in the original packaging and insured for its full purchase price.
Damaged Goods: In the event an item becomes damaged during the shipping process, please contact Perky Paws Cafe when you receive your package. Hold on to the packaging until further notice. We will refund your cost of the item along with shipping and handling charges for shipment back to Perky Paws Cafe’s head quarters.
If the buyer damages an item, no refund will be given.
Pet Treats: If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of your pet treats, please contact Perky Paws Cafe within 3 days of receipt. We will refund your cost of the treats along with the shipping and handling charges for shipment back to Perky Paws Cafe’s head quarters.
Custom Products: All custom products are Non-Returnable.
All Orders: If you decide to cancel an order after your order is placed, you will receive a store credit. No refund will be given.
