SHIPPING INFO: Please note we will not ship to P.O. Boxes. If an order is placed with shipping to a P.O. Box, the order will be canceled. We only ship in the upper 48 States.

Please note it is your responsibility to provide a ship to address that can receive packages Mon-Sat. If a package is returned to Perky Paws Cafe, we will re-ship providing you supply an alternative address, and pay a new shipping fee.
SHIPPING CHARGES Shipping and handling charges will be billed at the time of check out. Shipping charges depend upon the weight, size, and destinations of shipments. To see your shipping and handling costs, click calculate in the shopping cart menu. Shipping charges will be calculated using USPS standard published rates even though we may use other carriers such as FedEx, UPS, etc. to deliver your order. The shipping charge also will include the cost of any surcharges or insurance that may be imposed by the carrier.
SHIPPING TURNAROUND Here at Perky Paws Cafe we pride ourselves on bringing you and your loved ones a wide variety of one of a kind products. Most of our items are handmade, or hand baked after your order is placed. Orders are made in the order in which they are received. Please allow approximately one week for your order to be made & ready for shipping (unless otherwise noted on item).
SHIPPING PICKUP We now offer Free pick-up at our Holland location! Order turnaround time still applies. We will contact you regarding when your order is ready for pick up. Pick up time is Monday thru Thursday 8-4pm ONLY
